This is the company that is redrawing the plans we bought. They have to be redrawn to Florida standards. If you are thinking about buying "canned" plans, please talk to a local designer or your building department first. You will most likely not be able to use them unless they come from a designer in your local area. I went out looking for a local designer and found Joe though the internet. He is a straight forward guy and does exceptional work. |
