Well, the electrical, plumbing, framing, and strapping are all done. I am just waiting on the fireplace guy to cap the chimney and then I will have the 5 big inspections. Next will be insulation and drywall. It is getting very exciting now. |

Been a little while since I updated, but here it is. The electrical is done other than wiring the panels, connecting the house and garage and a few minor things here and there. We have decided to put a few of the "wow" factor items on hold so we can just get the house done. It has taken so long and it now time to be done. We will continue to "complete" the house once the final is done and the C.O. is issued and we can live in there. |

Siding is all finished. Electrical is going very well. Down to running the home runs from the panels to the circuits and wiring the panels and I am done. I REALLY enjoyed the electrical! It was truly the one phase I was looking forward to. Kind of sad it is almost over. |
