The siding is almost complete. The fascia has been started. The only siding that still needs to be completed is the stuff up on the dormers and half gables. Electrical comes next. Garage doors have also been installed. |

Well the house is finally getting some siding. I will get the new photos uploaded soon. We had the stem wall and the chimney done in stucco brick. Looks great! The final trim arrived yesterday so I can get the front of the house trimmed out. It is really starting to look like a house. |

The framing is "complete." I use the term "complete" very loosely. They are done, but there are still things that need to be finished. I would honestly not hire them to build a dog house at this point. It really seemed to be going well, but each day I find something else that needs to be fixed. Anyway, the HVAC rough in is complete. The plumbing is about 99% complete. (I am working on it everyday. I am close though.) All exterior doors and windows are in except the garage doors and one upstairs window that we left out for drywall delivery. |
