We are so close now I can smell it. I have to paint the porch ceilings, make a landing outside the service door, set a couple tiles in the shower and we can apply for the final inspection. It has been a long road, but well worth it. |

The electrical downstairs is completed except for ceiling fans. The kitchen cabinets are all installed. The refrigerator, dishwasher, and cooktop are all installed. Laminate flooring is complete. We are moving along well. |

Drywall is all completed. So far the only issue I have found is that they missed cutting out the a/c vent in the main bath. They will have to return to fix that. Painting is well under way and all of the kitchen cabinets have been installed. The counter top company has templated the counters and have been given the approval to proceed. Still have some painting to do. Flooring in the main part of the house will be coming soon as well. |
